• Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary • Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff • Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed • Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit • Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed

Temporary contract for 4 month •Screening patient for Covid-19. •Swab PCR test

•Administration of intravenous drugs via, cannula, peripherally inserted catheters and central venous lines. •Under supervision will establish, increase, wean, titrate potent drug infusions e.g. inotropes and sedation on critically ill patient whilst continuously observing and monitoring them. •Assist medical staff with the insertion of central venous catheters, arterial catheters. •Removal of arterial catheters, central venous lines. •Care of airway adjuncts e.g. oral airway, nasal airway, endotrachael tube, and tracheostomy. •Suctioning of patients via, endotrachael tube, tracheostomy, oral and nasal airways. •Set up and safety checking primary types of ventilators. •Care of patients on primary types of ventilators. •Obtaining blood specimens from arterial lines and central venous lines. •Arterial blood gas interpretation and analysis and acting on results. •ECG recording, interpretation, and acting on results.

•Triage. •Taking vital signs. •Administering medicine. •Providing treatment. •Quickly assessing patient needs. •Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma. •Performing minor medical operations. •Cleaning wounds. •Drawing blood. •Maintaining emergency room care standards. •Assisting with insurance paperwork. •Discharge when a patient does not require being admitted to the hospital.
