• Soliciting information from subcontractors and suppliers • Analyze subcontractor/ vendor requirements. • Negotiating and awarding of contracts, with vendor • Involve in processing PO until GR • Assisting in project planning and scheduling • Work in a Team Environment • Time Management – multi-tendering , budgeting etc.

Estimate for cost project and quantity, Preparation tender Document, Control for material at certain project, provide weekly report of every project (income and cost), monthly report and forecast, issued progress claim, liase with supplier and subcontractor (equipment, transportation, material) Knowledge of lump sum, construction management and conceptual estimating • Participate in project development activities including scope definition and clarification, preconstruction planning, control estimate development and delivery. • Provide preconstruction services including the preparation of preliminary budgets, cost plans, and value engineering opportunities • Develop strategies to create a competitive edge • Determine general expenses and provide input into the margins/fees. • Coordinate preparation and perform of full detailed quantity takeoff estimates, identifying inherent risk and opportunities.
