- Process bidding, review contracts and handle customer complains for more than 150 shop
- Work closely with vendors to ensure orders have been filled correctly and follow up-outstanding orders; keep update information about delivery and availability of packaging for procurement plan
- Organize and store paperwork and documents
- Make travel arrangement, air ticket purchase and hotel for staffs and board of directors
- Communicate effectively with other departments to plan meetings and prepare welcome packages for new employee
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager
