In early 2020, my company and job were significantly affected by the impact of COVID-19.
Utilizing this challenging period, I dedicated my time to pursuing Advanced Studies in social media marketing and successfully completed a comprehensive certification course.

Layoff/position eliminated

￭ Within one and a half months, I learned the international professional animation software, MOHO, and started working on commercial animation tasks. Within just three months, I was promoted to the front-end design department to assist in storyboard project production and various artistic designs.
￭ During the storyboard project production, I communicated and collaborated with the team's audio-visual post-production staff, assisting in video editing. On average, we completed one episode of 25 minutes in about a week. Personally, I achieved the feat of independently executing a 4-5 minute storyboard within a week.

• Over a limited period of 3 months, I was responsible for managing schedules and coordinating across departments for a 5-6 member technical team in original game development. Simultaneously, I also participated in the production of animations for projects like "KRAFT" and "富邦勇士."
• I took charge of 40% of the content production for the collaborative development project "KRAFT," elevating the quality from a student production level to the standards of the Japanese industry. This ensured the successful release of the animated short film for overseas fundraising.
• Within a week, I provided urgent support to an external advertising team in the production of a promotional video for "富邦勇士," assisting them in completing the project smoothly.
• In just one month, I collaborated with a team of 6 members to create an 8-minute historical animated video, where I held the responsibility for significant segments.
• I personally negotiated with a 30-year veteran animator, supporting them in project completion and establishing new collaborative opportunities, thereby maintaining a positive working relationship.
• I assisted in the successful completion of the crowdfunding video for Taiwan's first sci-fi animation film, "重甲機神," which received market recognition by surpassing 200% of the fundraising goal. This achievement further opened opportunities for developing a full-length feature film.
