Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the implementation of a culture of compliance (Promote Compliance Culture) and provide solutions in the application of prudential principles and principles of Good Corporate Governance in the Delivery Channel Testing Management team. 2. Build and maintain relationshipswith Business Units, Key Project Stakeholders and related third parties. 3. Coordinate with the Resource Testing Management team related to planning the resources needed to carry out the testing process and ensure that the said resources are available during the testing processin coordination with related parties. 4. Ensure that the Tester and Test Coordinator comply with the testing policy/policy including applicable standard procedures and processes. 5. Provide guidance and support to Testers and Test Coordinators in achieving the test targets they will carry out. 6. Coordinate daily testing activities as well as review repairs/completion of the classification and status of defects by the Tester and Test Coordinator. 7. Evaluate the results of tests carried out in coordination with the Test Manager, Tester and Test Coordinator. 8. Ensure accuracy and compliance of testing status reporting and documentation sent to management. 9. Provide acknowledgment of SIT results that can be promoted to UAT environment and UAT results that can be promoted to Production. 10. Perform Test Plan - Perform requirement analysis based on test scope stated in Testing Management Plan Document - Create draft of Requirement Traceability Matrix - Coordinate with TPM or Project Manager (Bussiness Analyst or Developer if needed) to set testing scope, test script, timeline and resource estimation - Participate in Testing Plan Board meeting to define all testing requirements and condition 11. Perfom Test Design - Set test condition and monitor test script creation - Check/Review test script 12. Test Execution Monitoring - Assign task to tester - Track and prepare the report of testing activities - Ensure testing data and defect status in JIRA in line with daily report - Escalate the issues found during test to related parties 14. Test Closure - Ensure content and structure of all testing documentation / artifacts is documented - and maintained
