J. Greig (aka Jason Allen Greig and Jay Greig) is a Carson City, Nevada- modern impressionistic artist. He was born on 15 August 1955. J. Greig’s unique technique and peculiar style, differs him from other painters. He has tried different techniques, but he liked the most the oil and palette-knife technique. J. Greig’s paintings are very colorful and politically neutral. These paintings reflect J. Greig’s feelings, sensitivity, and passion. He is a self-representing artist who sells his artwork exclusively over the internet and has very little exhibitions and involvement of dealers and galleries. This artist paints generally landscape, city scenes, seascapes, flowers and portraits. He believes that art helps us to be free from aggression and depression. The painter graduated from high school in Carson City, Nevada, with honors in 1973. In 1978, he graduated from the Western Nevada College, where he studied in the arts and graphics department. He received an Associate of Arts Degree from this college. Jason Allen Greig’s art is being collected from collectors all over the world.
