Utilize RFM and A/B Testing for user segmentation, providing real-time feedback for operational adjustments. VIVEPORT is a VR content store platform compatible with all major headsets, offering a subscription plan for gaming content. https://www.viveport.com/ Roles & Responsibilities: ● Led a team of 8 members and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure projects were delivered on time with great quality. ● Responsible for designing the architecture of the application store platform, enhancing the flexibility of developer application support to accommodate various framework systems. ● Introduced service mesh(K8s) infrastructure to enhance development process with CI/CD on AWS. ● Planned, designed and oversaw products across the platform for different perspectives (Consumers/Developers/Partners/Operations). ● Collaborated cross-functional business units with carrier partners (China Mobile) and planned the roadmap for the XR ecosystem. Achievements: ● Designed and built a payment platform which supports multiple payment methods over 62 countries and 41 currencies with recurring solutions. ● Enhanced payment gateway infrastructure to increase performance up to 10x and decrease cost by more than 30% ● Designed and built HTC 1st in-house payment system with PCI-DSS level 1 compliance from scratch, and able to support different business models with flexibilities.
