Pepper Rutland is a founding member of the Miracle League at Cypress Mounds. A non-profit organization created to give children with any type of disability or special needs the opportunity to play baseball as a part of a team and an organized league. 

Pepper Rutland is the founder and CEO of MMR Group. MMR Group is an industry leader in instrumentation and electrical construction, maintenance and technical services. Known as the largest privately-owned open shop electrical and instrumentation contractor in the United States. 

Pepper Rutland and his team serve clients with the ability to work across industry lines in the onshore, offshore, energy, chemical, petrochemical, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
