(chuck table, dicing blade, pick-up pad, workpieces of dicing) 4. Dicing the workpieces of semiconductor and familiar with parameter adjustment of dicing machine and dicing blade application (Hub blade, electrical blade, metal blade, resin blade) 5. MIS facility application, such as Router, Nas, Server, database backup and business flow control.

1. Maintaining and troubleshooting with Sicbo and hardware. 2. Building new interface of Sicbo.
