Practicing law in Boston, Massachusetts, for more than two decades, Jeffrey Rosin is an attorney with O’Hagan Meyer and guides the firm’s franchise industry practice group. A recognized presence in the franchise and employment law sphere, Jeffrey Rosin has handled a wide range of litigation matters in trial and appellate court settings. Mr. Rosin previously practiced with Constangy, Brooks, Smith, and Prophete, where he combined employment litigation work with consultations on compliance strategy. He was singled out by Boston Magazine as a Rising Star and also earned the publication’s Super Lawyers awards in multiple years. Mr. Rosin completed his BA at the University of Pennsylvania, earning his degree in diplomatic history. While working toward his juris doctor at New York University’s School of Law, he was active as editor with the Environmental Law Journal. Jeffrey Rosin is also an author and had his book Lipstick's Legacy published in 2005. He is active with the Forum on Franchising within the American Bar Association.
