Joe Shew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at R&R Global Partners, an international private investment firm headquartered in Bryn Mawr, PA. 

Joe Shew helped develop a department focused on providing financial support for its M&A, structured financing and technical accounting activities. He advanced quickly to director in the corporate controllership department of Disney. He was involved in many aspects of Disney’s growth, including the Capital Cities/ABC acquisition; Disney Cruise Lines launch; Disney’s Internet group strategy, acquisitions and launch; and Disney sports.
