As our business model transitioned, I took on a larger role within the LensCrafters side of our business and added more to my responsibilities. Along with adding responsibilities for opening/closing procedures, I also took a larger role coaching and training new associates and having a leadership role on both sides of the business where I led the store in overall sales, contact lens sales, number of customers seen, as well as a highest average dollar amount per customer.
