I've worked since early 2009 in full-time web development. I've worked as a freelancer managing my own schedule, projects, and clients. and I've worked with a development firm and a marketing firm as a developer.
I've led a team of internal developers and a team of outsource developers. I enjoy most working as a developer solving problems. I enjoy coming up with and implementing innovative solutions for real-world problems.
I spend most of my time in Python, PHP, JS, CSS, and HTML. I've worked with frameworks like Django, Flask,
Laravel, cakePHP and CodeIgniter. I've built my own framework when necessary. I've also worked extensively in
WordPress. By extensively, I mean I've built over 100 separate websites and webapps using WordPress, most of which were built without using a prebuilt theme. I've developed multiple plugins and even released several into the
WordPress plugin repository.

A Leading Energy Company contracted me to design, build, deploy, and maintain a database system for their chemists and engineers to be able to store data related to their jobs. I worked with outsource team members from overseas to come up with a working spec that met their needs. After building and iterating through multiple rounds of additional build components.
