Critical and integral analysis of the production process of the beneficiary organization in order to improve their productivity and serve their growth strategy, adapting them to future increases in demand, improving the quality of the products and / or reducing costs and times.
Tasks:
- Analyze the production process that make up the company's value chain to improve the management of their products.
- Analyze and improve the information systems used: efficiency measures, productivity indicators, production costs, etc.
- Propose the implementation of technological tools and process design that improve delivery times, as well as planning and control processes.
INTERNATIONALIZATION
Critical and integral analysis of the international strategy or medium-term internationalization plans of the beneficiary organization.
Tasks:
- Analyze the model of implementation or marketing abroad of the company.
- Analyze the demand, customers and international competition of the target markets.
- Check the adequacy of the marketing and marketing strategy to the reality of the target markets.
- Analyze the policies of alliances and international stakeholders.
