INTERNATIONALIZATION Critical and integral analysis of the international strategy or medium-term internationalization plans of the beneficiary organization. Tasks: - Analyze the model of implementation or marketing abroad of the company. - Analyze the demand, customers and international competition of the target markets. - Check the adequacy of the marketing and marketing strategy to the reality of the target markets. - Analyze the policies of alliances and international stakeholders.
