I created Black Mountain Maker as a woodworking business. Within a year, I have made over 70 sales and positive profit after expenses. Additionally, I gained upwards of 800% growth compared to the same time last year. I have learned a lot about sales, marketing, and business procedures by creating my own startup.

I served as a Station Captain of a Fire Station in charge of teaching, leading, and training over 50 Marines in my charge. I was stationed in both Yuma, AZ and Jacksonville, NC at Marine Corps Air Stations. In both places, I was responsible for directing manpower, implementing new training procedures, and controlling workflow within our organization. I gained a great deal of experience in leadership, teaching, and directing operations. I frequently responded to various high-stress emergencies, which helped me learn to perform under pressure.
