• Redesigned all 8 features within the new Q2 Console Administration web app for feature parity with legacy product. Collaborated with internal stakeholders and leveraged user testings to pivot roadmap and scope feature priorities. 
• Contributed to Q2 UX team’s target of delivering best-in-class designs for all features by averaging a SUS score of 83.7 across all 7 user testings. (The UX team's target for all products and features released to customers is 77.)
• Increased number of features clicks on the redesigned Administration web app by 317%, number of visitors by 185%, and account usage by 117%. With the new features we were able to reach 72% of our customers who were using other apps within the landing page. 
• Consolidated design components with other designers to centralize Back Office design systems and enhance the consistency between Q2 products and platforms. 


• Implemented secure messaging feature redesign in collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve CSR pain points and create a unified product interface. 
• Presented user interview analysis and prioritized feature suggestions to team and CEO.
