進行泛用樹脂研究分析與開發，並研究新型配方提升產品價值，同時會應用儀器分析與產品測試，出差協助海外廠支援服務。

1. 於實驗室研究新產品的配方與分析，並執行操作流程之試驗。
2. 儀器分析測試(Rheometer、DSC、FTIR、GPC、TEM等）。
3. 材料物性分析實驗。
4. 製程品質分析與維持。
5. 使用押出機與射出機進行材料改性與射出成形，並進行相關物性分析。
