Entered the society and started working so far,experience what most people don’t have, from manufacturing industry=>engineering industry => environmental protection consulting industry=>back to the manufacturing industry.After more than ten years of working experience, I realized that the work value provided by my social skills lies in the following: 1.Good at assisting the communication and coordination between departments. How to make the business meet customer needs within the time limit has become the focus of communication and coordination. I have experienced production and project management (semi-business) experience in the field department. I understand the difficulties of both parties, so how to find a balance to achieve performance and implement the willingness of field personnel is the value I can provide to the company. 2. Demonstration of management ability. Regarding the execution of team management, I am a person who manages according to each other's talents, because everyone has different attributes. Although they belong to the same department, they have different positions and backgrounds. Therefore, how to make the team use their expertise and make them feel suitable, this is the value I can provide to the company. 3.The ability to formulate administrative regulations or interpret laws. Due to my work experience, I have assisted the Environmental Protection Agency in formulating SOP and implementing administrative regulations, and handled personnel training and industry complaints and appeals; in addition, I went to National Chung Cheng University to study the law to enhance my own legal interpretation ability. For companies that need to formulate or modify regulations in the administrative department or encounter external legal affairs that can provide the value. 4.Transaction analysis and execution functions. Under the honed of work experience, the execution of affairs is the main condition for achieving the goal. The advantages of conditions as the benchmark are analyzed, and the constraints are considered factors, which are most conducive to the execution of the affairs to achieve the best state. This is the value I can provide to the company.
