* Served as a bridge between the National Taiwan University Office of Academic Affairs and the student body, identifying pain points with current campus systems for 40,000 students. * Developed a 3-year software renovation plan and gained the support of the Dean of Academic Affairs and the President, recruiting and leading an 8-person team to develop a new version of the course website, which went live after 1.5 years. * Obtained ISO27001:2022 lead auditor qualification, analyzed the current situation and carried out security upgrades, handling two major security incidents. * Developed a questionnaire feedback numerical statistics system using Python, saving the responsible department 90% of their time and assisting in evaluating the teaching quality of teachers.

* Led a team of 6 to develop spine identification and apply it to the company's collaboration projects with Japanese and European companies. * Converted the cloud version of the image recognition system to a local version and applied it to at least 5 different scenarios, with 70% of the company's revenue coming from our team's technology. * Represented the company in the Startup Pitch competition co-organized by New Taipei City Government and AWS, winning an award in the final round which included 16 company CEOs/CTOs.

* Designed and improved people counting, face recognition, and age recognition algorithms in C++ as key features of the company's products. * Developed an annotation web tool and designed a training data labeling process, as well as managed student workers to label training data. * Developed a local demo system that enabled the company to showcase its technology at major exhibitions.

* Presented Beseye's technology to potential international distributors at Cebit and discussed potential technical collaborations. * Successfully secured a BizSparkPlus spot in the Microsoft BizSpark program and actively participated in Microsoft BizSpark gatherings. Served as a speaker, presenting on how to use Microsoft Azure services in the company's systems. * Solely developed a human detection feature, encompassing Android App development in Java, algorithm design in C++, and backend development using AWS and Ruby on Rails. * Collaborated with a colleague to participate in the Microsoft-organized DevDaysAsia2016 HAOkathon, a 24-hour hackathon with over 100 software and hardware developers. As part of the Cloud & Data Platform APP group, developed a video summary system for a monitoring system using Cognitive Services REST API and won first place.
