透過Matlab將材料折射率曲線換算得到材料實際參數 接著將參數透過光學模擬軟體Lumerical將模型建出 軟體能夠對光的模態(TE/TM), 光場, 折射率進行模擬 得到折射率匹配的模型 而後透過半導體製程，從熱蒸鍍法開始經過了電子束微影, 顯影, 蝕刻, 化學氣相沉積, 切割研磨拋光, 皆由本實驗室團隊進行完成光波導的製備 最後藉由實驗室的光學架構, 得到波導的光場, 能量, 模態, 波長拓寬狀況...等數據, 同時分析各項誤差所造成的影響以及改善方法討論
