- Understanding P&ID about factory and operating principles of equipment, pumps, valves... - Taking on-site supervisor on-site positon ( over 1.5 year ), daily checking equipment following record table( pump pressure, current motors, abnormal equipment...), Handing troubleshooting on-site ( tripping pump, failed equipment or sensor, overflowing toxic chemical ...), checking and urging daily work on shift - Taking DCS position ( managing equiment via returning signal to control room, handing abnormal alarm, analyze problems and proposing a solution, working follow SOP)( Đảm nhận vị trí DCS - Maintaining 5S standards in working area.

- Calculating the amount of coal and chemicals used for coking. - Making monthly reports about coal output and time for one batch of coking. - Monitoring and periodic testing of equipment in the factory. - Arranging work for operator and managing.
