規劃及建置疾病管制署差勤系統：
有鑒於行政院人事行政總處於103年推動WebHR人事資訊系統再造工程，規劃導入新版差勤管理電子表單系統，工作內容如下:
(1)前期測試：整理署內實務作業流程、廣泛收集相關資料及建議，並委由廠商依據收集之初步需求執行概念性驗證(POC)。
(2)參與系統規劃、設計與程式開發：定期召開工作會議確認細部設計需求與畫面雛型，釐清不同身分別之內部差勤規範及相關人事法規，整理相關使用案例。
(3)系統測試：安排資訊室、人事室及各區管中心以機關實際資料進行測試，檢驗系統可用性與正確性，修改不合要求或錯誤之處。
(4)規劃教育訓練：真對不同身分之使用者安排對應之教育訓練。

(1)開發公司形象首頁兼知識管理平台的入口網站–K-mall，主要是以DotnetNuke為基礎，客製化相關功能與開發需要的模組，並整合公司相關既有平台，打造統一的知識管理平台
(2)需求主要來自於公司內部數個部門，因此除作為各部門間的需求蒐集者，也作為協調者負責溝通
(3)於專案後期作為交接負責人，負責製作交接文件與相關功能的教育訓練

(1)參與公司下一代ERP新產品開發，為一個DSL的設計工具，使用Visual  Studio  SDK以及C#開發，方便使用者以領域語言進行ERP設計。與南京系統分析、設計組、品質保證組協同合作，成功開發出多個ERP領域的設計器，且通過驗收與測試。
(2)參與新產品的試運行（Pilot  run），協調SA、SD、PR間的工作（台北組與南京組）並支持批次模組於ERP中的應用
(3)為新產品的建構負責人（CM  Manager）、佈署負責人（Deploy  Manager），為公司CMMI  LV4的關鍵人員，曾參與CMMI  LV4的評鑑
