NATURE OF WORKING : ◼ Maintaining all types of machines. ◼ Troubleshooting the problems based on circuit diagrams ◼ Follow ISO and EMS systems JOB PROFILE : ❖ Maintaining Crystal Oscillator's equipment's. ❖ Maintenance and Troubleshooting of ATE Machine. ❖ PLC programing and Ladder making. ❖ Taking corrective and preventive action for machine breakdown. ❖ Operation Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of SMT machines. ❖ Maintenance of vacuum technology machines ❖ Maintenance and servicing of CTI Cryogenic pumps. ❖ Conducting regular Preventive Maintenance and periodic Predictive maintenance activities ❖ Measuring the OEE and taking steps to improve the machine efficiency ❖ Training lead for training of new technician ❖ to work on continuous improvement activities ❖ Breakdown Analysis and total productive Maintenance. ❖ Preparing checklist, preventive and productive maintenance schedules. ❖ Initiating and actively Participating in small group activities ❖ Maintaining all documents related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001quality systems ❖ 5s and kaizen improvement activities. EQUIPMENTS HANDLED : ❖ Saunders and associates Freq. vs Temperature test equipment's. ❖ Saunders and associates Frequency adjuster and Flat bed adjuster ❖ Saunders and associates Mass base plating. ❖ Pyramid Resistance welding and cold welding machines ❖ Auto sorter and Mont ford Oven. ❖ Vacuum Baking Oven ❖ SLT AGEING RACKS and Pre Ageing Racks ❖ Turbo sonic and Ultrasonic Cleaning machines ❖ Spin drier and HDBW. ❖ Thermo cyclic ovens. ❖ TM vacuum ovens. ❖ Refrigeration related equipment's ❖ Programming in Eurotherm, Honeywell, Omron, select temperature controller. ❖ Sealing Machine. ➢ Participation in GEMBA activities performed throughout the organization ➢ Internal auditor in Quality Management System. ➢ Done many improvements, which helps economically and to produce quality Product to the company. ➢ Participation in ERT (Emergency Rescue Team) .
