UCI Basic Needs Center offers a variety of services to UC Irvine students to help them meet their basic needs. From food pantry visits, CalFresh Application Assistance, to consultations with our social workers. We strive to offer support from a holistic approach.

Our project for PMMC aims to build a functioning mobile game for a younger audience to explore and learn about sea animals and their natural habitats. We will deliver a game on primarily android devices, but if time is available, we may potentially have desktop and iOS compatibility. The game will consist of multiple levels and playable characters that players can learn about and have fun with. We will design the look and feel of the game alongside our sponsor, but the majority of the technical decisions will be made by us.
