Assist in social media content creation, website design, and overall strategy implementation. Developed student engagement projects related to human rights education, research, and advocacy on-campus and in the community.

Tasked with helping residents in their transition, integration, and progression through their community living experience. Responsible for areas such as social, cultural, service, and educational engagement, as well as peer counseling and support.

I assisted with the Mayor's Neighborhood Advocate MNA team and the Mayor's Action Center. These constituent facing organizations provided me with the opportunity to address many of the issues that impact the citizens of Indianapolis daily, while I also learned much more about the structures within municipal government.

During the summer of 2019, I returned to the Joseph Maley Foundation to assist with several of their programs, including disABILITY Awareness, HOPE, JMFriends, and JMFitness. Responsibilities included implementing program curriculum into schools by leading various activities, equipment management, event coordination & fundraising, social media management, and stewarding relationships with program partners.

Greater Chicago Area - Remote I was tasked with utilizing existing competitor web and social media research to develop recommendations for the Vallas website and social media platforms : Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. I also crafted social media-friendly text from existing policy documents, media releases, and the website.

During my year-long part-time internship with the Joseph Maley Foundation, I was tasked with helping in the organizing, planning, and execution of the Joseph Maley Foundation's 10th annual walk, run, and roll. I also attained experience in maintaining donor relations, soliciting vendors for donations, and creating multimedia content shared through social media postings.

I was in charge of Interacting with guests in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner. I exemplified attention to detail when placing and filling orders to prevent waste and promote positive customer interactions. I was also involved in the training of new associates in their roles to help set them up for success in the company.
