• Work closely with various stakeholders to allocate resources and budget appropriately, analyze past data, and make adjustments to maximize benefits. 
• Organize various activities related to international students, including international forums, collaborations with AWS, Microsoft, META, and other companies. Also, organize a 400-person job fair and end-of-term exhibition (planning, execution, closure).

• Create a total of 126 books of textbooks for students from Primary 1 to Secondary 3.

2) English Language Distance Learning
• Manage a team of five, using scrum methodology to run sprints.
• Work with software developers to create 16 interactive AR and VR teaching material for online studies, and create a website from scratch.
• Optimized daily and weekly workflows independently, implemented a teacher evaluation mechanism, significantly enhancing team efficiency and satisfaction.
• Connect with teachers from various countries, such as Germany and USA. 
• Able to assist 1018 students from 35 schools located in remote area of Taiwan to have access to English education over the past few years.
