我是個生長在鄉下的孩子，6 歲時離開台灣，跟隨父親在北京生活，小學才回來完成學業，這幾年勤學的日子，磨練出我獨立的個性及刻苦耐勞的精神，由於小學時老師常常對我教誨「人飢己飢，人溺己溺」，這也變成了我從小養成的慈悲胸懷。我也是個勇於挑戰的年輕人，國中時，因應能力分班的取消，我參加了最喜歡的資訊班，學習如何運用HTML 跟JAVA 結合製作自已的網頁，最特別的，還是運用Flash Mx 使用Java script 2.0 寫出各式各樣好玩的小遊戲，這個時光是我最喜歡的
時光；大學期間，注重於關於機械與控制方面的專業知識，其中最令我感興趣的，是熱流與程式結合的模擬，就決定了未來的路就是朝這方向前進，研究所中，我曾做了兩方面的題目，一部分是呼吸給藥器的噴嘴控制設計與參數研究及機制討論，另一部分是二氧化碳雪花的機制應用在晶元或電子元件清洗方面的控制研究，這兩方面，都各有產出論文並投稿於國際研討會中，而除了論文研究方面，我也喜歡做一些有趣的新東西，如3d 列印與模擬跟機械的控制( 運用Andruio)等，在maker faire 台灣展跟東京國際展中，作品拿去參展，對於成為一個maker 感到榮耀與驕傲。

=>a.) Study root cause about ETC module defect image and type to simulate model.
=>b.) KT Scan recipe tunning to optimize the ability to dig out defect.

Yield Excellence Engineer

•	FinFET ETC pi run/ramp up and key stage yield monitor 
=> Ramp up key stage (SiGe/OD/POLY Loop) about WAT/YIELD, develop advanced process control to compensate even-odd issue.

•	FEOL Stage and P-EPI,OD,POLY,FIN RECESS Loop sponsor
=>DOE research and recipe set up via experiment and theorem.

•	Knowledge of AMAT tools and recipe tuning to gain yield 2%
=>Build a advanced recipe to improve yield about 2%.
