Product: NB. Contact window of Taiwan brand customer, maintain project NPI & sustaining process. Include RFQ/NRE collect, prepare the material and co-work with RD smoothly in EVT~PVT phase. Because I have strong validation know-how of HW/SW/ME function, especially on NB product, I could deep discuss and review issues with RD team. I also know OEM/ODM business well, so I can solve any trouble of production by myself to meet schedule and customer's mission.

Main product: Server, Workstation.(Around 3.5y) I'm the contact window of China/America brand customer, like validation manager. Own the compatibility & reliability issue review, arrange test resource and manpower, test schedule control, and test ecosystem & keypart prepare. Lead test team and co-work with RD, report to customer weekly. Product: Broadband, IoT.(Around 2.2y) Maintain NPI process, especially ME/Thermal function team, and co-work with RD to resolve any critical issue. Review RD's design and test plan, make sure product having the best performance and lower cost. Handle customer complaint and responsible VP's mission.
