During my time as Duty Manager at Zakuzaku Cafe, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and team management. One of my main responsibilities was ensuring that customers received high-quality service and food.

During my tenure, I trained new employees and maintained good communication and collaboration with existing staff to ensure they were able to perform to the best of their abilities. I was responsible for creating schedules and monitoring employee performance, as well as handling customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

In addition, I worked closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and accurate inventory control. I was responsible for ensuring that ordering and delivery times were accurately managed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. At the same time, I was also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Overall, my experience as Duty Manager at Zakuzaku Cafe taught me how to effectively manage and collaborate, and improved my leadership and interpersonal skills. This experience also gave me a better understanding of the details and challenges of restaurant operations and provided me with valuable experience in the food and beverage industry.

During my time as a Telescope Sales Business Representative at GALUXE OPTICS CO., LTD, my main responsibility was to sell telescopes to government agencies and distributors.

In this role, I developed and maintained strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring that I understood their needs and requirements. I was responsible for managing the entire sales process, including identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, making product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

I also worked closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, and provided feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, I collaborated with other teams in the company to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that arose.

Through this experience, I developed strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. I also gained a deep understanding of the sales process, including identifying and nurturing leads, developing and presenting effective sales pitches, and closing deals.
