Throughout my academic journey, I successfully navigated various situations and applied these skills in customer-focused roles. This experience not only enhanced my skills but also strengthened my interest in creating positive customer experiences. I have worked in several industries, including F&B, retail, and online shops, which helped me understand diverse customer needs. I have taken on a new role as a Virtual Assistant in Social Media.
