My major responsibility is about photoresist development for Flat Panel use. About my experience: 1. Design recipe for different model(e. g. TV, mobile, or laptop) and evaluate the recipe's characteristics. 2. Act as technical representative of China's customer and cooperate with sales person to push cusyomer test product, contributing to successful projects earning approximately 15% more in production. 3. Develop a material database serving as a guideline for development and propose two inspection methods to improve the evaluation process for quality control, subsequently releasing them to the Quality Control Department. 4. Offer effective suggestions to customers experiencing issues with our products or other related problems, and generate technical documentation for new development projects.
