I started my career at assist project engineer at DurQ machinery Corp, which is a woodworking industry company. At the first, I assist for the project and production lunch product quality issue following, technical document translate and daily technical email response with our client and foreigner engineer. I was in that position for 2 years, and I was promoted to be the project lead engineer I start to work with different departments, people and facility of our company, such as R&D,IE,PE,QA team. In this position, I was in charge of the project management, also coordinate the resource of our factory and communicate with different departments and provide the quick solution on the product development process and production lunch planning to make sure the new product is lunch on time and satisfy our client’s demand

Work as project management engineer and help RD and our factory to communicate the technical requirement and the detail spec of the new product with our customer( RFQ,IQC,IPQC,FQC document review and translate). Develop and manage the project schedule( prototype, engineering build, and production product maintenance) with PROJECT. Following the quality and customer compliant and response the corrective action in 24 hours. Monitor other project engineer's project schedule and work performance. Coordinate the different departments and provide the solution to our customer on the product development and production. our team accomplish 8 projects, and create millions of revenue for our company, and I manage 4 projects in parallel to make sure the product can be lunch as soon as possible to bring the profit for our company and our client.
