- To be an account sales and negotiate with brand customers for business plan, project cooperation, and shipment arrangement. The front head part is to understand customers’ needs of new project design-in for the next financial year and co-work with PM to provide customized project roadmap. In every design-in stage, to cooperate with FAE for sample arrangement & issue closed then get approval.
- To realize market trend and customer position, and make a deal of annual business plan.  Based on monthly forecast of product mix, communicating with factory for output plan to align with customer demand. On the part of shipment fulfilment, firstly is to develop mutual relationship then to meet customer benefit, and reach end customers’ wish.
- To negotiate with ODM of monthly PO obtains, providing daily schedule and also to be aware of ODM production & inventory by shipping schedule adjustment to fulfil every shipment status.
- Understanding every quality issue and support CS to solve problems. Fully support PMA process and be responsible for every customer issues, and sustain company’s reputation.
- Be aware of market upturn and downturn by collecting marketing information, considering market trend to deal with customer for monthly quotations. To propose batch deal or special promotion with customers in order to meet annual target.
- To consolidate related reports of customer status and communicate with other divisions to keep good relationship. To host top managers meeting and present customer in order to connect business between internal and external.

Material Purchasing Division / Supply Chain Planner
- To be aware of sales demand and providing rolling forecast by month to suppliers, also following up shipping schedule to meet customers’ demand.
- To co-work with factory planners, operating panel allocation and arrange supplier shipment to each site, including mainland China and overseas.
- To contact with internal PM, RD and Sales, recognizing in-design schedule, also communicate with supplier’s PM and FAE for solving problem, and keep sample schedule for RD’s pilot run.
- Regular meeting with suppliers to communicate with panel issues. To summarize monthly shipment and payment to factories, also analyzing related reports for business review.
