Manage APAC partner programs in terms of process, sales and
partner enablement, partner on-boarding etc in order to develop and maintain partner ecosystem. - Support APAC Channel Sales team in its daily routine and follow up
on any partner contracts like advanced business partners, distributors, Professional service etc. - Analyze current systems and processes and develop or redefine them in order to increase efficiency in the field and to reduce administrative workload of the channel, CCSP, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and Reseller
managers. - Coordinate the Sales team with relevant business teams (e.g.,
Global partner program team, Finance, Sales Ops, Deal Desk,
Subscription management, and IT) to ensure clear communication and business success
- Implement systems and processes with all back-office functions and departments; provide coordination across the Channel Sales team with relevant business departments to ensure clear
communication and business success - Maintain channel systems including partner data repository,
training to all functions with an interest in the channel sales system, and Partner Help Desk facilities - Provide administrative support to the APAC Channel Sales team
through the administration of systems and processes which add value by increasing sales productivity
- Manage Internal systems including Partner Help Desk and Partner
Center administration for APAC - Create new improved systems using technology where appropriate to reduce administrative burden and errors.
