I am an assistant professor in the Department of HRM at City University Collage in Ajman.I am also a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Sadat Academy for Management Sciences. I have acquired my PhD degree and my MA degree in Human Resources Management. I have taught many courses as a teaching staff in Sadat academy, such as Strategic Human Resources Management, International Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behavior. I have also been working as a trainer in many training centers in Kuwait, Egypt and Dubai including, but not limited to, Al-Khibrah, HDTC, HCC, Team, and Yanof.
