- Responsible for the CRM strategy and the proper functioning of the loyalty program
Contribution to building the CRM calendar in line with the marketing plan.
- Participating in the deployment of CRM projects across France in collaboration with the marketing teams
- Running different campaigns, from concept to execution across all channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.), including: building customer journeys, challenging marketing proposals, working on CRM editorial, integrating the campaign into our CRM tool, and carrying out campaign targeting and routing.
- Working closely with the central teams on larger projects such as optimization, technical CRM development, or the roll-out of new functionalities
- Analyzing the performance of actions carried out, with a constant A/B testing approach to build learnings and channel expertise.
