Work Experience

SECRETARY to VICE PRESIDENT OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

Oct 2018 - Present
My duties include answering phone calls and redirecting if needed, and managing daily/weekly/monthly agendas, arranging new meetings and appointments. I also am tasked with organizing all the files documenting any cases that Dr. Joseph Paige was involved in, dating from 2008 - present. I must always have a calm and welcoming demeanor when interacting with students who have academic concerns.

CREW MEMBER/WAITRESS

May 2018 - Aug 2018
4 mos
CREW MEMBER/WAITRESS, LA MIRAGE My responsibilities were to ensure that the guests had everything that they needed, and that their food was served in a timely manner. My other responsibilities were in the kitchen where I had to make sure that there were enough napkins folded for the next parties. It was also my responsibility to clear the dirty dishes so that the dishwasher could clean them. After the party, it was my duty to clear the room; take off the soiled tablecloths and chair covers, vacuum, and reset for the following night. AUGUST 2ND - AUGUST 2018 JUNIOR CAMP COUNSELOR, ULBRICH BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB I was responsible for planning, leading and implementing some of the daily programs for the children. I was also responsible for the general safety of, the children. I had to always be aware of any allergies in the group and how to resolve the issue should it arise. The programs that I planned also had to be educational in a subtle way that would engage the campers' socially, emotionally and cognitively, and yet still be fun.
