2. Dependability: Leading seasonal buying for 3 channels: DOS (30+ stores), DFS, E-commerce
3. Co-ordination & Communicating: Inter-depts. including Retail, Visual, and PR teams ensuring smooth and precise execution for events, projects, and business strategy
4. Delegating: Coordinating subordinates for new stores opening including merchandise selection and allocation, display planning, retail training
5. 360 degree Planning: Product development and price positioning for capsule collections including festivals as CNY, St. Valentine’s Day, and Christmas etc. optimizing sales peak
