My role at Pinpoint Media changed as our business evolved. My main focus was to be the liaison between the customer and the creative department. This Involved multiple roles while performing many duties. My main roles day to day were to negotiate pricing, Order product, create/send purchase orders, order management, deliver the physical product, pay our vendors and do payroll. My goal was to be as fast and efficient as possible with a streamlined crew, make our clients top priority in a a FIFO format, and utilize our talents efficiently.
