- Owned the P/L of Hong Kong, executed the marketing campaigns via Googla Ads & Facebook Ads & SEO, and achieved a 20% growth rate of revenue in 8 consecutive months.

Country Manager of Hong Kong

- Took the lead in the project of the tutor referral program and achieved a 25% growth in signups every month.
- Owned the project of payment and payout function, as well as the payment operation process. (i.e. Integration of Stripe, TransferWise, Payoneer, Payme of Hong Kong)

Product Manager

Involved in 3 different products, Event Management Platform, Lead Retrieval App & Business Cards Review Panel, from planning and development to deployment.
Design experiments to test the key hypothesis of product values to customers.
Conduct user interviews to identify customers’ needs and consolidate their feedbacks into user story and product requirement
Define product to be built and prioritise product elements into a roadmap according to customers’ feedbacks and company’s strategies.
Prepare wireframe and documentation for communicating product requirement with engineers and designers.
Take the role as scrum master to oversee development sprint and ensure releases are on schedule.
