I have 5 years experience in secretarial work. I learned many useful skills that have helped me grow as a determined individual. I learned excellent communication skills, how to take initiative in stressful situations, and attention to detail no matter how small. I also have 1 year of experience working in a call center where I learned how to be patient with customers, listening skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The opportunity to work as a sales associate and cashier also taught me very valuable skills.
