an agile/scrum telecom environment, taking the lead in the usual aspects of Planning for monthly targets, managing
the rollout team, Managing the budget and resources, planning, cost management, and keeping the
team highly motivated, end-to-end implementation and proper handover to the maintenance
organisation: Installation, Integration, SSV and Operation of more than 10K Technologist of 3G, 4G

of MCI network with more than 200 Operation engineers and around 20 Team leaders of all MCI
Network with more than 25000 Sites/locations by demonstrating experience in the creation of Work Orders (SoW), SLAs and Supplier KPI Framework, escalation process, Taking ownership of major incidents, Managing the
implementation/development of relevant O&M processes, managing change management process,
optimizing resources, end-to-end fault management and ensuring network and service availability
based on SLAs and KPIs, Developing team competence and achieving a higher level of operational efficiency.
