I provided support to the Operations Manager and other members of leadership. My daily roles were to provide training, safety, and reinforce all company policies—also fulfilling administrative duties like completing and filing paperwork. And work with my Managers, a Supervisor. To maintain the safety compliance, policies, and DOT requirements with frequent communication to a staff of 230 employees      

My role was to provide. Daily briefing with staff all (transportation employees). I also administered staffing schedules,  payroll, and various administrative tasks. Achieving and maintaining compliance with DOT standards. While overseeing scheduling for over 200 drivers. Providing excellent customer service.
