I am a professional administrative assistant. I have 20+ years of legal experience.  I currently attend Rutgers University as a graduate student majoring in Criminal Justice.  to proceed with collection of overpayment of benefits or services. In addition, 
 	 I filed Defaults, Consent Orders, Docketing Judgments and Wage Executions. 
 	 I coordinated with attorneys and various departments to resolve issues on cases. 
 	 I prepared legal documents to file with the clerk of court and updated files accordingly. 
 	 I also prepared memos, correspondence and reports of findings. 
 	 I interviewed clients who requested a Fair Hearing and provided community resources to 
 	 help individuals and families.

 	 Typed and transcribed various types of legal documents and correspondence including 
 but	 not	 limited	 to, 	 pleadings, 	 letters, 	 briefs, 	 PowerPoint 	 presentations, excel

 	 Entered billable and non-billable time records on the computer system. 
 	 Prepared due diligence checklists, exhibits and indexing of files. 
 	 Scheduled appointments for attorneys and maintain a calendar for court appearances.
