Ohio-based entrepreneur Mike Spolar serves as the owner of Lackey & Company, CPAS, in Westlake. In this capacity, he runs the day-to-day operations of the firm, including billings, sales, and collections. He is also responsible for maintaining all client involvement at the firm. Under his guidance, Lackey & Company primarily provides tax and assurance services to clients. Mike Spolar and his team also offer business consulting, monthly and quarterly write-ups, bookkeeping, and payroll services. Prior to this, Mr. Spolar served as an advisor for IMG in Cleveland and a manager for Ernst & Young. He held the latter position for 5 years, preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and corporate clients.
