Technical Support Associate Manager
-802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax Wireless and ADSL/VDSL, PON Broadband Router
technical support and troubleshooting for customers. (Such as CHT,
TalkTalk, ZTE, KT and ect)
-L2/L3 Potocol WAN ADSL/VDSL/PON PPPOE/DHCP/Bridge、
LAN/WLAN NAT, IGMP, NTP, DHCP, 802.1x, QoS, TR-069, SNMP,
DOS, L2TP/PPTP/GRE IPSec, WiFi Mesh, Band-Steering, IPv6,
WiFi throughput, RVR and ect. Functional Verification.
-Support sales to promote Wireless and Broadband Router.
(Such as NTT DOCOMO, AT&T, T-Mobile and ect)
-Internal training to team members about Wireless and Broadband
technology.
產品驗證經理
負責規劃及帶領人員從事工業網路相關方面的測試工作，從網路AP層到實體層，網路L2及L3的各項功能，Hardware的DIAG各項Performance的測試，產出 Software 及 Hardware Test Report。
1. 負責規劃及帶領人員測試 工業網路設備的 Hardware Performance運作功能，如RFC 2544 、2889、WiFi、POE 等功能, 並產出 Hardware Performance Test Report。
2. 負責規劃及帶領人員測試 L2/L3 Switch/Router 各項工業網路 Protocol 的運作功能，如RSTP、MSTP、ERPS、Modbus、DNS、DHCP、QOS、ACL、SNMP、IPv4/IPv6 Protocol、TCP/UDP、WiFi、POE等功能, 並產出 Software Performance Test Report。
3. 負責規劃及帶領人員架設及測試工業網路設備的系統整合 long term script: "Python", "C","Shell","Andriod APP" automation stress test。
4. 負責規劃及管理 Bug Tracking System 的平台。
5. 負責規劃人員支援FAE 解決客戶的技術問題。
網路技術支援工程師
網路相關方面的技術支援工作，從網路AP層到實體層，網路L2及L3的各項功能等等。
1. 負責網路技術支援及解決 L2/L3 Switch/Router 各項網路Protocol 的問題。
2. 負責協助Sales解決客戶網路技術問題。
3. 負責協助客戶訓練及講解網路技術問題。
4. 支援台灣、日本及大陸客戶的技術支援工作，如 ASUS、Fujitsu、百度、金山、國家電網、阿里巴巴等等。
網路架設測試工程師
網路相關方面的測試工作，從網路AP層到實體層，網路L2及L3的各項功能，Hardware的DIAG各項Performance的測試，撰寫Hardware Test Report，亦負責協助部門內部的網路規劃，網路NAS架設等等。
1. 負責測試 L2/L3 Switch/Router 各項網路Protocol 的運作功能，如STP、TRILL、DNS、DOS、RIP，OSPF、BGP、SNMP、IPv4/IPv6 Protocol、TCP/UDP、DataCenter_DCB/DCBX, 並架設系統測試的網路相關環境及伺服器相容性測試環境, 並使用 "Python", "C","Shell","Andriod APP" 程式，實施long term script automation stress test。
2. 網際網路/機房 相關系統管理,規劃,維運及線路故障排除。
3. 電腦網路架設、管理、換機架設、測試及支援MIS故障排除等。
4. 支援美國客戶FAE工作。
