1. Handling project shcedule of safety application to make sure prodcut design is meet safety reuiqrement at every stage. 2. Leading engineers to paticepate meeting with core team and caoching them to follow up every stagges design status. 3. Guilding Engineers to do their Individual Development Plan, to create their protential skill. 4.Work with agenty and 3rd party to negociate better price and schedule. 5. Paticipate design guideline for new requirement, and cross function work with internaly with client.

To product: 1. Product structure evaluation at EVT stage. 2. Review EE components during design stage to avoid re-layout and or change BOM in the next stage. 3. Pre-test the basic function of DVT sample and provide report to discuss solution. 4. Run full test item for IEC / UL 60950-1 and IEC /UL 62368 report and submit technical document to certification body. 5. WW certification application. 6. Follow up schedule and keep it in track. Internal communication 1. Check product spec to analysis cost. 2. Discuss safety standards with engineers. 3. Review all model’s schedule. External communication 1. keep good relationship with 3rd party to get better cost and latest regulatory news. 2. Survey good agency to support extra test item. Other skill and job description: 1. Basic EMI knowledge and familiar with application process. 2. Basic Energy Star knowledge and familiar with application process. 3. Coordinating whole regulatory schedule for models. 4. Support reply and explain standard to client and product manager. 5. Support basic regulatory training. 6. Define label layout and user's manual.
