1. Responsible for creating valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract the audience and retain visitors that eventually become loyal customers and oversee the distribution in multiple channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LINE, youtube, blog, email, push notifications, influencers, and events and analyze the effectiveness of each content through the feedback data generated from trackers and other measurements.
2. Public relations: oversee the news coverage and arrange media visits, interviews, and press conference
3. Develop online community strategy and execution to protect and develop Ruangguru’s reputation
4. Work with other departments such as product marketing, business development, and partnership to bring to life the concept of a campaign and ensure that the key message was on point.
