- Provide daily support to ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices, printers, as well as the needs of end users
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software, standard OS, Client network
- Asset Management (Laptop, CPU, Printer, Network Devices) maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
- Performs first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled user data backups
- Linux Server Distro CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian (Install, Configure, Security) Including System Management, Monitoring Tools for Linux O/S, Apps and Networking Devices
- Network Configuration (MikroTik, UniFi, Ruijie), Virtual Machine, Cloud VPS, Proxmox
- Monitor and Maintain Server System/Infrastructure Health to ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure performance and availability
- Troubleshoot, Diagnose and resolve issues including monitoring and testing application performance for bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions, and working with application developers to implement those fixes
- Implement system automation for better efficiency
- Test, Evaluate and make recommendations about new technologies
- Provide procedural Documentation and User Guide
