During the COVID-19 crisis, we as developers team were responsible for providing the schools we’re working for with all the needed tools for online teaching: - As a team, we created a dedicated portal to allow teachers to follow up with students online and send them assignments to do. - The portal was created within a few weeks. - In addition to the assignments, the portal was used for online examination. - Also, as a part of our work during the COVID-19 crisis, we were requested to build a platform to be used by the school staff to create online teaching video rooms for students. - We used an API for already existing video conference software called JITSI and linked it to our newly created portal so that the teachers can easily create and attend teaching rooms, which was highly used and effective. - Also, in addition to that choice, we were certified to use the G-suite package from Google and link it to our data so that we can also use it for online teaching while maintaining a link with our application for results and statistics.

Organizing workshops to train the school’s staff on how to use and access the schools management system each based on his role: - Administrators - Principles - Teachers

- Maintaining hardware equipment related to web applications hosting and data storage. - Hardware equipment scalability and upgrade. - Data storage and backup.

- Responsible for coding back and front end with needed upgrades and enhancements to a school management system used in several Lebanese schools: administrators - principles - teachers in addition to parents and students. - Developing and supporting management systems applications.​ - Organizing workshops to train the staff working on it. - Continuously adding refinements and new features to better accommodate the latest school requirements stated. - Providing support for multiple schools using the web application, listening to their problems and/or needs, and providing them with the best solutions on time. - Attending weekly meetings to listen to the team working on the project to discuss issues, listen to their suggestions, and take the appropriate decisions that will better help in solving problems and satisfying the needs. - Collecting users' results to study with the development team, to be able to determine problems and needs.

My daily responsibilities are the following: - Working on software development and supporting a web application dedicated to school management. - Working on refinements and newly added features to better accommodate the requirements stated. - Bug Fixes and deep analysis for problem solving. - Reporting Bugs and issues if found. - Suggesting solutions. - Testing then apply needed fixes.
